Unable to Input License String When Appliance is in Failsafe Mode

Versions affected: ETM® System v5.0

Symptom:

When licensing an ETM 2100/3200 card, a valid license string will be rejected if
the Appliance is in Failsafe mode. The following error message will be received:
"WARNING: License appears invalid; value rejected, use LICENSE CLEAR to reset."

Solution:

Type the license key when the Appliance is in normal operational mode instead of in
failsafe.
