ETM® System v5.0.2 Update 5 remedies image problems (reports may generate errors or
may not display header/footer if completed) for scheduled reports running in highly
concurrent environments and also includes all changes from Updates 1-4. It is an
update to v5.0.2 of the ETM System that will apply to all customers. See the
